The rental price does not include​ the following options:
​
rental of bed linen
15 € per bed (beds made on arrival)

Bathroom and household linen (dishtowels, bath mats)
is included in the rental rate.

tourist tax
€1.65 per adult per night.
The tax is collected from January 1st to December 31st, for the benefit of the municipality.
Minors are exempt.
Arrival and departure times
Arrival from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. (autonomous arrival from 7 p.m.)
Departure at 10 a.m. (12 p.m. on Sundays if available)

Rental conditions :
The reservation becomes effective when the tenant has sent the owner
within 7 working days from the sending of the contract
a deposit of 30% of the total amount of the stay
accompaniedof the signed rental contract.
Payment by bank transfer, Paypal, check, cash or holiday vouchers.
The remaining balance must be paid upon arrival.
Bail
A deposit of 500 € will be requested on arrival and returned upon departure
if no damage is observed
Any loss or damage will give rise to compensation according to the replacement scale
available to you in the gîte
Cancellation Policy

Cancellation before arrival at the premises
The deposit remains with the owner.
​
If the cancellation occurs less than 7 days before the date of stay, we reserve
the right to retain all sums paid.
In this case, no refund will be made.
These cancellation costs can be covered by cancellation insurance to be taken out
individually by the tenant.
If the tenant does not appear within 24 hours of the arrival date indicated on the contract, this contract becomes void and we can freely dispose of the rental.
Animals
Pets are welcome at no additional cost
only one animal per reservation under 10 kg
An additional deposit of €150 will be required.
Non-domestic animals, NACs, and 1st and 2nd category dogs are not allowed.
Anyone arriving with an animal, without having informed us beforehand, may
tobe denied entry into the rental.
