At what time should we arrive/release Villa Pop?
Our guests are expected between 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. (possibility of autonomous check-in after 7 p.m.)
and must check-out at 10 a.m. on departure day.
(12 p.m. on Sunday if available)
If you want to arrive earlier or leave later, please let us know when making your booking.

Is the establishment smoking?
No: for the comfort of our guests it is not allowed to smoke in the house,
we do however provide a smoking area in the veranda.

Is Villa Pop connected to internet ?
You can surf on internet with Fiber connexion at no additional cost.

Is there parking?
Yes, Villa Pop has a closed but uncovered outdoor car park.
It is also possible to park for free in front of the house, in the street.

Can I store my bike/trailer in a secure place?
A large closed and covered garage is at your disposal
(but cannot however accept your vehicle due to lack of space).

Is my reservation guaranteed?
Upon receipt of your reservation request, we will send you a seasonal rental contract according to the information you have provided to us. Villa Pop is then blocked for a period of 7 clear days, at the end of which we must have received back from you a copy of the signed contract, accompanied by your deposit payment in order to be able to validate your reservation definitively. .
If you do not receive it on time, your reservation will be cancelled.

Can the dates be changed?
Yes, depending on our availability.

I changed my mind, what should I do?
You must refer to your personal travel insurance.

what are the payment options available?
We accept checks issued by a French bank,
cash, bank transfer and ANCV holiday vouchers.

Is there a laundry service in Villa Pop?
We provide you with a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board.

Do you have baby equipment?
Yes, the service is free, please let us know when you book, for our organization.

Q: Are pets accepted?
Yes, dogs and cats are accepted within reason according to the defined conditions
in the rental contract.
